7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect policy violations or misuse.
8. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.

Refund Policy
At PrimeAcademy.xyz, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational content and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. No Refund on Digital Products
All purchases of digital content — including PDF notes, video lectures, mock tests, downloadable materials, and online courses — are non-refundable. Once a product is accessed or downloaded, it is considered consumed.
2. Live Classes and Online Batches
For live classes or course subscriptions:
- A refund may be considered within 24 hours of purchase, only if less than one session has been accessed.
- After 24 hours or after accessing multiple sessions, no refund will be issued.
3. Duplicate Payment
If you are charged twice for the same order, email us at primeacademydelhi@gmail.com within 7 days. Once verified, a full refund of the duplicate transaction will be processed.
4. Cancellation by Prime Academy
If we cancel a course or service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be eligible for a full refund or may opt for an alternative course of equal value.
5. Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
